To help us with the design process and to show the client what the project will look like at completion, we make extensive use of skilfully rendered computer generated 3D visuals that are produced by our in-house Interior Architects.
Preparing them gives us an unlimited amount of flexibility in deciding on and amending layouts, themes, materials, colours. The 3D Visualisation process at the Design stage has proven to be a great tool in conveying to our clients the spaces and design details clearly, which in turn helps ensure that we fully meet their goals and requirements; ultimately our prime objective.

About Us
Markam Associates is an exclusive architectural and interior design practice established in Chelsea in 1991 and specialising in the high quality refurbishment of houses, flats and commercial properties.
Our practice offers an in-depth expertise in all aspects of building design and refurbishment, ranging from overall design and construction to the more specific requirements of client representation, project management, dealing with local authorities, pricing, planning, technical building works and services, site follow up, and inspection.
The practice's portfolio includes over one hundred successfully completed residential and commercial projects of varying budgets. Most of our projects are in central London, and a substantial portion of our work is for repeat clients or sourced through our existing clients' recommendations.
In all our projects, our approach is guided by the mantras of pragmatism, client care, reliability of delivery and costing, and quality.
